"Peu pratique d'avoir à récupérer les clés l'agence et de devoir les déposer pour le départ (c'est à 10min de l'appartement). Ce serait chouette de mettre en place une boîte à clés. Salle de bain qui sentait le renfermé et très mauvais écoulement de la douche (entretien plus régulier à prévoir). Avoir en tête que le dépôt de garantie est très élevé."

"The accommodation was wonderful, the apartment seemed to have been newly renovated and was very nicely furnished. The location is also excellent with easy access to the center of town. The company running the accommodation were really friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Definitely somewhere we'd be happy to stay again"

"There are quite a few bars around (including right below the apartment) The place is well insulated so there wasn't much noise, but on a warm day with the windows open it was noisy and we could smell the cigarette smoke from the bar downstairs which was unpleasant. There also didn't seem to be any ski lockers so we had to leave our skis elsewhere"

"Awesome apartment in central location. Everything you need for a short stay :) Lift access a bonus given apartment is on 2nd floor and we had a pram + baby! Check in and out process a little clunky due to office being opposite side of town to apartment but overall good, thanks!"

"Fantastic apartment in a perfect, town centre location in the heart of Chamonix. 10 min walk to Savoy slope. Within stones throw of some lovely bars, restaurants and apres ski locations. Comfortable and with stunning balcony views."

"A few minor things missing - scissors, some extra plates/bowls, a floor mat at the balcony doors. It would have been nice to have had access to the ski locker/cupboard in the apartment. A lock box for key at the apartment (rather than at the rental company office) would be preferable. All minor issues - they did not take away from the apartment in any material sense."

"Great location. Fabulous lounge and comfiest bed settee ever. Central heating worked a treat, so could dry ski wear easily. Lovely bathroom with super shower. Enough room and seating to have friends join us for drinks before going out for dinner. Apartment had a lift which was appreciated after a day's skiing. No ski locker but told could dry boots in bathroom and keep skis on balcony Communication throughout(booking, pre arrival, whilst there) very good and easily managed via app and whatsapp Asked for extra key and this was given straight away."

"Had to pick up and return keys to office 10mins walk away so a keysafe at the accomodation would have been more convenient as we were late arriving and early morning leaving."

"Spacious apartment, well-appointed and spacious kitchen, comfortable beds especially sofa lounge which was the biggest and most comfortable we’ve had and could definitely fit a couple or 3 smaller children comfortably. Good wifi with access to Netflix on big tv. Nice views of mountains and close to shops in town. Free parking. Great having a washing machine and being able to control heaters (no dryer)."

"Being above pub meant you can’t open windows with all the smokers outside. Being near station and on edge of town sometimes very loud people yelling at all ours for no reason except their selfish stupidity but was only that first night thankfully. Shower drain kept clogging up. Provided with 1 toilet roll only. Free parking was terribly tight spot and very tricky to get into with a tight driveway with slippery gravel on the turn."

"The apartment is located next to the Chamonix Mont Blanc station. Amazing view, great location. Nice and Cozy. Fully equipped kitchen."

"THE best location. great bars nearby for after skiing drinks with loud music. stops about 7pm so the best of both worlds a 3 minute walk to the bus to the slopes mini supermarket across the street and a cute nail salon a few doors down"

"Excellent position, in the city centre. The house is exactly like the pictures. There was enough space for 4 people (we are 2 plus 2 kids). Really nice kitchen there was everything we need to cook. Towels and bedlinen are given by the owner. Self check in for late arrival. There was a garage with the apartment."

"The bathroom was clean but smelled of sewer. Sometimes the street was a bit noisy because of the pubs in front of the house. Tv was french only, I suggest the owner to install Netflix or some English channel for kids, there wasn't the possibility to connect my phone at the tv. However holidays were really good and children enjoyed the house!"
